Why I Created Leadership UpGrowth

That impact extends far beyond business results. It shapes culture, communication, accountability, growth, and the daily experience of the people doing the work.

Over the years, I've worked with entrepreneurs, executives, managers, leadership teams, and employees across organizations of all sizes.Ā

One challenge I've seen again and again—and experienced myself—is that people are often asked to lead before they've had the opportunity to develop as leaders.

I've seen leaders struggle with that transition. Entrepreneurs often discover that building a business and leading people are not the same thing. And I've worked with employees whose daily experience at work was shaped by the quality of leadership around them.

These observations aren't just professional. They're personal.

Like many leaders, I grew into leadership responsibilities before feeling adequately prepared for them. Much of what I learned came through real-world experience, trial and error, and figuring things out along the way.

That experience gave me a deep appreciation for both the challenges leaders face and the importance of leadership development.

When leaders grow, organizations grow—and so do the people they lead.

That's why I created Leadership UpGrowth: to help organizations develop leaders who strengthen performance while creating a more positive, productive, and rewarding experience for the people they lead.
