This is a process for completing/releasing stored energy that has been held in your body. To complete and release this stuck energetic pattern, simply allow yourself to experience the energy that is there so thoroughly, so completely, that there is nothing left to experience. As you are getting close to completing this experience it will begin to change. As the intensity fades away it will feel like the energy is dissipating or dissolving. The most appropriate time to use CORE Technique is when you feel an emotional response IN YOUR PHYSICAL BODY.
- Close your eyes.
- Imagine taking a wand from head to toe and back up to detect where you feel the epicenter of the feeling, where it is the strongest.
- Describe the PHYSICAL sensation and the intensity from 1-10.
- Imagine taking all of your conscious attention and focusing it like a laser beam on the epicenter of the feeling.
- EXTREMELY important. You are just focusing on the feeling! You are NOT trying to make it go away. Your higher consciousness will be working it out.
- It’s possible when you first start it will intensify, not change at all for a while or begin changing. All are perfect.
- Be patient. Stay with it. If a thought comes though, let it pass by and refocus like a laser.
- If it seems to show up somewhere else in your body, stay with the original spot until it just seems normal.
- Then if you still feel it somewhere else you can move your focus to that spot.
- This process typically takes between a few minutes and 30 minutes.
- That’s it. You don’t ever have to understand what the original trigger was. You may need to repeat if the same sensation is triggered again even if it is triggered by a different stimulus.
- You can proactively do this by generating the feeling and then applying CORE Technique or use it in the moment it comes up/you are feeling it.
